Burns first appeared on television in 1995 as Peg the Spanish-American teenager in the sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns became a participant in Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. The following year, she was a part of Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns then left Baywatch because of her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV as well as an actor for more than ten years. The most well-known role she has played is as Jessie Owens of Baywatch.
